- Oversaw guests' purchases and took care of guests needs, restocking, and maintaining workspace cleanliness. Opened and closed store occasionally. Oversaw employees’ responsibilities and made sure everyone was on task. Helped manage day to day shipments and orders from suppliers.

- Reviewed and verified customers insurance information. Linked information to the customers COVID test using RCA's software program.

- Fulfilled customer needs and presented solutions to any criteria within the store by maintaining current knowledge of various products in every department. Became certified in all heavy lift machinery (forklift, Ballymore, reach truck etc). Organized and loaded heavy inventory with heavy machinery while adhering to proper safety guidelines in order to keep everyone safe.

- Help running parties and special events, maintaining trailer appearance, and interacting with clients and party participants.

- Welcome customers and help determine their orders. Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database. Relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff. Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner. (Family owned restaurant, I work whenever I am home and have free time).

- Help set up and clean the venue for shows and events (chairs, tarps, lights, speakers, etc). Worked food and beverage tents during the show.
