Create and innovate on behalf of the corporate identity, Representative Marketing, TOWN New Development, and TOWN Marketing & Leasing • Create a compelling brand story from inspiration to delivery• Generate new concepts that will drive the business and evolve our messaging• Stay ahead of trends, evolve our core assets and ensure a cohesive message• Participate in new idea sessions and the development and execution of those ideas (ie. new development marketing, digital campaigns, new sites, marketing campaigns, etc.)• Design and create marketing collateral for new luxury residential development projects in Hong Kong and New York• Create design and execution of advertising needs with agencies.• Create new franchise videos (styling and brand stories)• Provide art leadership across the TOWN brands• Create and maintain the vision for the brand with leaders across the organization:• Ensure brand alignment with Marketing, PR, Digital, Events, New Development, and Marketing and Leasing
