Managed Print Services Technician servicing printers, copiers, and fax machines.Working alongside hospital staff both Clinical and IT to resolve various issues on site.Provides toner via proactive systems while managing active tickets and ongoing projects.Goal is to maintain Mount Carmel's print environment while reducing it where possible to save the health system money.

Focus on selling mobile devices and services on the Verizon Wireless network. Work alongside the Mobile Department to train and position Verizon services above the other carriers. Showed department better ways to sell connected devices. Gave each client personalized service, spent a little more time with each one and profited from a lot of repeat or referred business. Made a connection with a screen repair shop across the street and brought in more business from that.

Selling Verizon Wireless devices and service in a small store setting. Paying bills, and making plan changes to customer accounts. Being a key holder I also had the responsibility of opening and closing the stores. Opening duties were to take deposit to the bank, open the cash register, set up all the demo phones, and do an inventory report. Closing duties were to close the cash register, set aside the deposit, clean the store, take down the demo phones, and do an inventory report.

Helping customers find there way to different product and answering any questions they had about potential DIY (Do It Yourself) electrical projects. Working with and selling cellular devices and service. We worked with Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, and several prepaid services.
