Clearly communicate and have knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and be able to keep the service center in compliance with Labor, Environmental, Safety and Health regulations. Possess effective time management techniques and be able to hire and train management personnel. Trained management teams in the following: hiring, technician training, floor control, scheduling, inventory management, opening and closing store, store cleanliness standards, setting goals and discipline.
