- Attending internal and external meetings to discuss the existing site profile and infrastructure.- Liaise direct with the highways and drainage consultants to agree the most cost effective solution for the proposed infrastrucure.- Obtain all local authority approvals for the roads & sewer works across the UK from road opening, road closures, footpath closures, stopping up orders, diversions, street lighting, sewer connections for both foul and surface water, potable water connections and attend regular meetings on site with highways inspectors to ensure excellent workmanship.- Sewer adoptions - Section 104, 185 agreements for both England & Wales & Scotland.- Highways adoptions - Section 38, 278 agreements.- Develop site set-up drawings using AutoCad.- Proposed ducting layouts for the utility mains lay.- Agree and obtain local authority approvals for the proposed lighting layouts and columns.- Create tower crane drawings to include and oversail issues and progress the necessary licencing.- Assist the M&E department to ensure any highway closures, diversions, opening up for utility works took place without delay.- Support the procurement department in evaluation of alternative solutions offered by sub contractors.
