Anthony is a partner and co-founder of the firm. He has over 30 years of experience working with a broad range of clients including multinationals and closely held family enterprises. He has extensive experience in financial reporting, tax, and trust and estate planning. His clients include distribution companies, manufacturing, real estate investors and developers, financial service companies and personal service firms. Advising a number of foreign-owned U.S. corporations, he also provides tax expertise and planning in various international tax areas including transfer pricing and earnings stripping. Anthony is also the managing member of the firm’s property management division, UFVS Management Company LLC, which provides property management, financial reporting and analysis and tax planning services to the firm’s extensive real estate client base. Additionally, Anthony is one of the original founders and organizers of the Bank of New Jersey, a community bank headquartered in Fort Lee, N.J. Anthony is a board member and chairs the bank’s audit committee.Anthony is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York and New Jersey State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of Pace University.
