I have been working in the customer service and retail field since 1999. 10 years of which also includes work in the attractions industry. I returned to school in 2010 and became a Florida Licensed EMT-B. While working in attractions I decided to try a new challenge and merge into the lodging industry. I completed a Hotel & Restaurant Management course with Ashworth College and in February 2016 transitioned into a front desk position to begin a hands on approach to learning the operations of the industry. After one year I was promoted to General Manager with the Equator Resort Key West where I continue today.
