I have accepted next work life position and have been working with the Customer Services team at Burroughs Payment Systems, Inc. based in Plymouth, MI. This position is field support of automated cash handling equipment' among which include ATMs, intelligent safes and cash recyclers. Serving as a Customer Engineer I providing solutions to our local and national customers to designated locations. These full time support services are performed around their required business hours 24/7. Traveling the greater lower New York State & all the Hudson valley regions, serving from Westchester north. Previously I had been working as versatile desktop and network systems support specialist with expertise in Microsoft Networks. Have had experience with network administration positions doing on site desktop, laptop, printer hardware support & repairs. I Supported all versions of Microsoft Windows OS & all types of application installations. Capabilities doing OS repairs, or re-imaging and data migration. Familiar with doing common Active Directory maintenance tasks. I have gained strong interpersonal skills from having years of experience in doing successful systems solutions implementation, know how to work using independent problem solving skill, and have developed time and self management skills. I use these skills and practices striving to provide excellent results with documentation communications. Continue to use my abilities for addressing diverse user levels, developed from my sales and then support background. I truly understand and endorses the importance of working as a team for one's company goals.
