The National Student Leadership Conference on Healthcare and Medicine is a preprofessional leadership conference for high-achieving high school students interested in a career path in Healthcare and Medicine. This non-profit organization works on creating programs for a variety of different pre-professional careers with set curriculums, lecturers, and the opportunity for the students to experience college life at the program's university location. As the Program Director for the Business and Entrepreneurship at Yale University and the University of Washington, I am tasked with creating a comprehensive and active program for high school students interested in pursuing business. I have reviewed numerous applications to hire and train a staff of team advisors, schedule meetings and lectures with the university's School of Business, and help prepare high school students for college through an interactive and hands-on summer conference.
