The company entered 10 awards, were nominated for 8 and won 5 so far. Tobin had not been nominated for an award in over 7 years before I joined the company. This is now managed by the Business Development Manager. -

I selected the mentors, organised formal training for them, monitored progress with their mentees and organised mock interviews for chartership.CAD Standards Committee Chairman: I negotiated and agreed the CAD standards for JBB. I guided the CAD team in the transition to BIM by offering projects that I project managed to be test cases for BIM.Lunchtime Talks: From 2009 onwards I set up weekly lunchtime talks to support staff development. These presentations included industry webcasts, visiting manufacturers, staff presentations on completed projects and topical issues.Industry Awards: I led the awards programme from 2011 targeting the Engineers Ireland, ACEI and Property Industry Awards.
