While simultaneously serving as Managing Attorney for, Spotora & Associates, Mr. Spotora served as VP of Legal Affairs for, genX essentials, LLC, a "spin-off" Company from the highly acclaimed and reputably successful homeopathic & medicinal champion, VAXA. Mr. Spotora identified, assessed and leveraged the Company's existing resources, and thereafter developed a business strategy aimed at delivering primary objectives. Mr. Spotora formed and structured the operating entity along with all of its governing records; developed alliances, joint ventures, and MLM parternships; negotiated, drafted and/or managed the development of all B2B, licensing, finance, loan, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, contractor and/or employment agreements (online and offline) and; researched, prosecuted and secured all Company related intellectual property rights.

While simultaneously serving as Managing Attorney at, Spotora & Associates, Mr. Spotora served as Co-President and General Counsel for this subsidiary of, Nutribrands Ltd, South Africa, at the request of its shareholders and directors. Mr. Spotora handled all corporate legal affairs, inclusive of developing a formal private placement memorandum and the subsequent placement of its resulting investors, and he further spearheaded the Company's internal leadership roles to encourage and foster specific Company objectives. Ultimately, Mr. Spotora drafted, negotiated and secured a National Manufacturing & Distribution deal for the Company reserving shelf space in more than 11,000+ retail outlets, secured one of the most renowned fitness Olympians and featured models to serve as the 'face' of the brand, and further locked the Company's market position as GNC's premiere line of health supplements.

Mr. Spotora researched, negotiated and settled Motion Picture Industry pension & heath plan contribution claims at Columbia Pictures, as well as analyzed and responded to contractual compensatory issues for a full roster of A-list talent and/or their corporate aliases. Mr. Spotora additionally managed various financial policies and procedures of the studio's feature films and audited Sony-related motion picture accounts, ultimately securing significant monetary reimbursements to the entertainment giant.
