- Improve operational processes to increase team's efficiency- Report on mandatory training and learning data for business stakeholders- Triage and action support tickets related to eAcademy system- Engage with stakeholders to provide advice and support the implementation learning solutions in the system- Maintain data quality in eAcademy including course descriptions, durations, and categories to support transparent reporting to regulatory bodies for compliance purposes- System improvements to create better user experience- Support any other ad hoc projects related to eAcademy system- Train new team members and facilitate knowledge transfers between teams

- Triage and action support tickets related to the Group's position management (up to 80 tickets per day)- Cover for HR support team through peak volume period through investing and resolving system issues (eAcademy)- Train new team members- Communicate process updates to stakeholders and facilitate training sessions where required

- Manage branch back office (ATM) including balancing cash accounts and general ledgers- Provide general and personal advice relating to basic deposit, non-cash payment, and general insurance products (RG146 Tier 2)- Build rapport with new customers and manage customer relationships- Won STAR Award for Excellent Customer Service in the Sydney Metro region

- Deliver one-on-one and group music classes- Teach and foster a love for music in students- Develop curriculum for students- Create and/or organise teaching and learning resources
