I am a highly experienced and educated Data, Analytics and Technology leader with a demonstrated history of devising, implementing, evaluating and refining strategies and transformations for one of the biggest and most successful sporting organisations in Australia. I work in a time sensitive, high pressured and highly scrutinised environment but thrive in these conditions. I pride myself on being a calm, level head with a methodical, problem solving and proactive way of thinking. Combine this with a proven ability to lead a team and ensure we are successfully collating, disseminating and providing insightful information to all internal/external stakeholders in a timely manner. I love managing and working with people, there is no doubt they are the secret to success in any organisation or industry. My part time work as an educator/lecturer has enabled me to refine all these skills and cultivate a really strong base of knowledge.
