I am excited to lead the charge as the inaugural Head of Data, Analytics, and Technology at the Collingwood Football Club. As we have never had a centralised team, I am currently establishing foundational frameworks and processes in order to set our team up to succeed now and in the future. The formulation of our data strategy roadmap is underway, aimed at comprehending the priorities of our organisation and strategically prioritising initiatives to optimise value creation.Another one of my primary focuses is bolstering our cyber security posture to safeguard our assets and ensure resilience in an increasingly digital landscape. Additionally, we're actively working towards creating a comprehensive single customer view, integrating disparate data sources to enhance insights and tailor experiences. I want our IT team to continue to enable the entire the organisation to thrive by ensuring they have all the tools and technology they need to be successfulAs we move forward, we're deeply involved in data dash-boarding, where we collect, store, cleanse and refine data to ensure accuracy. This helps us visualise our organisation's KPIs more effectively, leading to timely insights and informed decision-making. Ultimately, this process enhances our staff's efficiency and job performance. Concurrently, I'm overseeing the ongoing management and development of our bespoke performance software. Ensuring it remains finely tuned to meet our evolving needs and continues to provide us a competitive advantage against our opposition during the week and on game days.Above all else, I want to continue to create a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments, collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains. I'm continually evaluating emerging technologies and trends, as I want to ensure our organisation remains at the forefront of technological advancement and performance.

In order to continue to learn and grow as a highly skilled presenter I complete some sessional lecturing/tutoring at RMIT. This role also allows me to continually enhance my people skills (I interact with so many different personalities/individuals) and sharpen my teaching techniques.
