• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service• Maintain stock in a presentable condition within assigned areas• Assess customers' needs, provide assistance and information on product features• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options• Build productive trust relationships with customers

• Develop, lead and execute manufacturing-based purchasing strategies. • Maintain adequate inventory levels of all raw materials and components to support production levels required to meet strategic business needs. • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. • Craft negotiation strategies and manage optimal terms with suppliers. • Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers. • Participate in negotiating and establishing formal contracts and formulating policies with suppliers. • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to support inventory needs for growing sales. • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand through communication with sales leaders. • Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies required for new products and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. • Ensure all outsourced components comply with regulatory requirements. • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. • Implement, revise and improve company purchasing instructions, policies, and procedures as part of our ISO 13485 process. • Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.

• Analyzing, optimizing, and ultimately scheduling product movements via company transports, primarily within the Midwest.• Working closely with the respective operational personnel (drivers, terminal personnel, other customers) to maximize transport efficiencies.• Fully utilizing the inventory management and truck optimization software.• Managing customer inventory levels set by company policy and building professional relationships among all customer bases.• Maximize profitability of MPC fleets by optimizing routes and efficiency.• Ensure accurate and thorough execution of weekly plans and market strategy.• Identify, assess, and elevate business process improvements and cost reduction opportunities that positively impact operations.• Maximize Outside Purchases using MPC loads and third party overflow.

• Develop programming, curriculum, and logistics for intensive leadership development programs• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Levis Leadership program• Assist with the assessment and benchmarking of all leadership development programs• Advise and mentor students across all programs sponsored by the Levis Leadership program• Co-advise and develop programming for student residents in the Leadership Living Learning Community• Co-instruct and implent curriculum for Coun 3380 and Coun 3390: Student Development

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
