OnPoint Laboratories is Arizona's leading cannabis testing facility. My goal as the HR coordinator is to maintain a positive working environement at OnPoint Laboratories. Responsibilities of the HR coordinator include: documenting and adressing employee complaints, aiding the COO in hiring, documenting employee attendence and assisiting with payroll, documenting employee training requirments, onboarding, and other human related concerns within the lab.

Our team works to sell life insurance to working class and union members from around the country. While working in the feild days include making calls, giving presentations, and determining how to best meet customers needs. In the office, I train new employees and manage customer policies.

As the director of debate for Ridge's debate team I coach over 20 students in various speech and debate events. This job requires research and knowledge about various political and social issues to offer ideas and support student argumentation. On the job I demonstrated consistent professionalism around both high school students and in responding to emails from parents. I also have maintained consistent scheduling and organization in working around high schoolers sometimes difficult schedules. Finally, this job required quality internal communication skills to build a strong team cultureIn this position I offered 5-10 hours of weekly coaching sessions, spent 3-5 hours responding to emails and preparing for coaching sessions, and coached during 7-10 tournaments a year

As the WKU forensic graduate assistant I worked 20+ hours a week conducting research, running coaching sessions, and managing tournament prep requirements. While coaching, the team won the 2021 and 2022 NFA national championship.

I took pictures of guests at the museum, edited the pictures, and then used sales skills to make difficult sales.

During the pandemic I delivered Pizzas for Domino's. This job taught me valuable interpersonal communication skills, defusing complex situations, and working under pressure to meet time requirments.
