A successful delivery requires cultivating collaborative partnerships across all levels of government, national carriers and specialised vendors for the development of detailed designs for approved and options to scope, funding validation, procurement approvals, legal contracts and lease agreements and a prioritised program of works. Headhunted for pivotal roles in Australia and New Zealand, I identified new business prospects in collaboration with global, country, and project account managers for the delivery of Department of Justice and Corrections building infrastructure solutions and alternative renewable energy solutions. My efforts facilitated discussion within the partnership on significant and complex infrastructure business requirements, resulting in the successful development, delivery, and transition to operations of technology infrastructure/systems worth $106M+. I spearheaded the integration of information systems, processes, and workflows to consolidate end-to-end service deliverables, reducing time and effort through paperwork by 55% and securing the company's bottom line. I also influenced project deliverables transition from build/installation to operation by devising actionable plans, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with operation teams, partners, and clients. As a result, I facilitated all claims' approval, including those for contractual, modification, and delay (EOT) management, while managing project finances and providing direct or indirect reporting on the cash flow and progress of the projects in comparison to the budget. I am proud to have achieved a 30% decrease in labour and material costs across high-rise and broadacre developments by overseeing the transition in design and delivery of FTTH and HFC. Through structured analysis and evaluation of responses, I coordinated and managed the RFQ process for procurement and delivery of selected work streams, supporting the delivery of business programs across Australia. Furthermore, I led the provision of wholesale open-access telecommunications and carrier services into 27 construction brownfield and greenfield Retirement and Aged Care facilities throughout Australia, ranging from $20M to $300M.

As an ICT Project Manager / Contracts Advisor, I influenced strategic advice for the development of customer contracts to acquire managed services in line with the government's direction. My expertise in ICT technologies and project delivery allowed me to offer recommendations to the executive leadership team. In addition, I managed the transition of DOH staff to a new managed service platform and administered the relocation of 2000 Health Executive workers to a new Whole of Government Building. My collaboration with technical leaders and service providers allowed for the successful implementation of an ICT managed service strategy.I also ensured high-quality service delivery, improved customer satisfaction for systems support and changes, managing key vendor support for IaaS contracts. My efforts to optimize ongoing maintenance costs for the systems installed raised awareness and support for ICT Services project, customers, and business objectives.

As part of the Project Discovery Programme, I had the opportunity to plan, deliver and construct 85 of 300 telecommunication 3G/4G tower and renewable energy solution sites in the Sepik Region of Papua New Guinea. By creating detailed forward delivery plans, timetables and financial projections, I prepared strategic, logistical and geographical advice for presentation to senior stakeholders in and out of the country, for a program of works approximate value of $220M.Through collaboration with locals, landowners, local authorities and government agencies, I coordinated the acquisition of identified program sites, addressing ownership, environmental damage, labour hire, property rental, civil works and payment disputes. As a result, we were able to deliver mobile phone coverage to over 90% of PNG. I addressed multi-cultural team, staffing and training requirements to increase efficiencies and optimize on the delivery of works for the roll-out of sites adhering to constraints, implementing enhancements, specifically suited to isolated areas outside the power grid. This resulted in efficient and satisfactory completion of the Sepik Region Program within a six-month period, exceeding project goals. The initiative was a challenging yet rewarding experience, which improved the customer satisfaction making a significant impact on the people of Papua New Guinea

In my role as Senior Project Manager, I improved the service delivery, customer accounts, network support, and relevant logistics and procurement.
