By creating detailed forward delivery plans, timetables and financial projections, I prepared strategic, logistical and geographical advice for presentation to senior stakeholders in and out of the country, for a program of works approximate value of $220M.Through collaboration with locals, landowners, local authorities and government agencies, I coordinated the acquisition of identified program sites, addressing ownership, environmental damage, labour hire, property rental, civil works and payment disputes. As a result, we were able to deliver mobile phone coverage to over 90% of PNG. I addressed multi-cultural team, staffing and training requirements to increase efficiencies and optimize on the delivery of works for the roll-out of sites adhering to constraints, implementing enhancements, specifically suited to isolated areas outside the power grid. This resulted in efficient and satisfactory completion of the Sepik Region Program within a six-month period, exceeding project goals.
