Responsible for assisting the SVP Redevelopment Development in the pursuit of potential grocery development opportunities. Including a variety of special projects and tasks with an emphasis on grocery development. Assist the Commercial Real Estate Loan Center and Affiliates by:- analyzing property financials, operating statements and rent roll information- monitoring loan reporting requirements, delinquency reports, and covenant compliance reports ensuring borrowers are in compliance of all loan requirements- recommending course of action for loan assumptions, releases, easements, leases, casualty losses, and condemnations- completing loan ratings for assigned loans including Probability of Default ratings and Regulatory ratings- negotiating loan renewal terms and managing renewal process from initial contact to loan funding- Nominated by direct manager to assist condominium financing department with special project- Improved Fifth Third ‘Personal Financial Statement’ for use within the Commercial Real Estate Loan Center; manager submitted the changes to corporate for company-wide adoption- Recommended changes to the financial collection process and loan renewal process which were approved and adopted by manager for incorporation within the departmental procedures- Developed mass mailing program to automatically format and personalize borrower request letters distributed to hundreds of borrowers, saving hours of effort addressing and signing each individually

Assisted lead property managers in the operations or over a dozen homeowner and condominium associations. Duties included on-site inspections of properties, answering customer complaints and concerns, and moderating all association Board of Director meetings.

I began my career at CPS at 16 managing parking lots for special events along the Cincinnati Ohio riverfront. Two years later my manager transferred into valet services and asked me to accompany him to the new department. Eventually I became Doorman and Valet Supervisor at the Hyatt Regency Hotel Cincinnati.
