I currently assist the Chief Financial Planner in Client Services duties, whilst shadowing him to learn everything that I can. I conduct research in superannuation companies and strategies for clients. I learn everyday from my team about how to self-improve and provide the best experience for our customers.

I had the opportunity to be a part of the Westpac Digital team; included in the process for bringing mobile apps for customers to life through requirement gathering, business analysis, agile delivery experience and innovation. The central requirement was to have a pure customer focused outlook, understanding what the customer wants and how it can be delivered in new and innovative ways.

As a Mathematics and English tutor, I had the opportunity to not only assist in the development of the children's problem solving and English skills but to coach them to strive to achieve more; to always improve and learn everyday.

Primary support position to the Commanding Officer to ensure effective management and leadership of the Squadron. Work closely with senior cadets to develop junior cadets' skills and team building, mentoring coach, co-ordinate, plan and execute running of activities and to lead and co-ordinate the squadron on a day to day basis.

Delivered customer's orders in a safe, fast, efficient and professional manner. Responsible for maintaining the best standards of food health and safety when preparing food, and cutting and dispatch of orders to other drivers and staff.

Served customers during the peak hours in the afternoon. Ensured entire workplace was spotless at all times.
