• Impression Tracking – I designed and implemented an impression tracking system within theapplication that detects all visible elements on the screen that are viewed continually for over 1 second, including scrolling. Events are cached in a local SQLite database and sent periodically to the server. 400 million events are tracked per day on Android and has allowed for granular feedback for advertisers.• Closet Redesign – I was the lead Android developer in charge of implementing one of the largest UI redesigns. I rewrote all the UI and logic using Kotlin Flows + MVVM to prepare for the eventual Compose migration expected to happen next year.• Livestreaming – I developed show search, bookmarking, new show discovery, and in-app notifications for Posh Shows. I collaborated closely with other platforms to ensure a unified experience with high performance. These changes resulted in a gross merchandise volume increase of 7.5%.
