About Anthony Toner
I speak PHP but I write poetry in Python.And then I rewrite it. I extract and abstract. I am a bio-coder: I keep reusability in mind. Its right there next to the eleven new programming languages created last week. I tend to use _Markdown_ syntax in **every-day situations**. I can orient objects should they become disoriented, or, if they are already oriented, teach them something new. Like unicode. I have managed to select exactly the things I wanted and not the things I did not want from numerous relational databases. Occasionally, caution is thrown to the wind and, like a musician without the grand staff, I query noSQL databases fully prepared for the deluge of disorganized, irrelevant data they will inevitably return. I've often taken breaks to REST or SOAP up my hands, undoubtedly forgetting to close a tag here and there. Daemons have launched and died before me, frameworks have become frameplays, and more than a few nights of sleep have been lost over core hacks, production server changes, and loosely sewn on patches. I have piled half-tested features onto the aching back of an aging platform and felt no remorse, no pity as I hit deploy, daring billions to make my code break a sweat.I have written the test before the code. Just once. It felt unnatural.
