As a People Analytics and Insights Consultant, I provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support the management and delivery of reporting within our Projects team. I support various clients including Workday, Regeneron and Cencora. I work with various stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and expectations, and to ensure that the reports are aligned with their strategic objectives and operational requirements.I have over four years of experience in data analysis, insights generation, and process improvement, having previously worked as a Principal Specialist and a Principal Insights Consultant at AMS. I am passionate about finding solutions and creating value from data, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies.
