I have overseen the strategic operations planning, revenue and profitability growth, and market penetration of multiple concepts, currently, bartaco, our upscale street food concept, which has a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.I also value building and retaining strong teams, as well as collaborating with other executives and partners, to deliver high-quality service and products. I leverage my analytical and hands-on skills to track financial budgets and performance, as well as to hone the technical and leadership skills of our team members through interactive training and on-the-job learning.
