With two decades of executive restaurant experience, I am passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for my guests. I have overseen the strategic operations planning, revenue and profitability growth, and market penetration of multiple concepts, currently, bartaco, our upscale street food concept, which has a relaxed and stylish atmosphere.I also value building and retaining strong teams, as well as collaborating with other executives and partners, to deliver high-quality service and products. I leverage my analytical and hands-on skills to track financial budgets and performance, as well as to hone the technical and leadership skills of our team members through interactive training and on-the-job learning. Moreover, I immerse myself and our teams into our surrounding communities, participating in various humanitarian and philanthropic ventures, such as the Franklin D. Roosevelt Humanitarian of the Year award.
