I have an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the College of San Mateo, where I learned the fundamentals of business operations, finance, marketing, and communication. I am currently a Territory Manager at The Dixie Group, a leading provider of floor covering products and services, where I oversee the sales and distribution of products in a designated region.In my role as a Territory Manager, I work with a team of sales representatives and distributors to achieve sales targets, generate new leads, and maintain customer satisfaction. I use my skills in goal setting, active listening, and skill development to motivate and coach my team, as well as to understand and address the needs and expectations of our clients. I am passionate about creating positive customer experiences and delivering high-quality products that meet their diverse preferences and requirements. I bring a unique perspective and experience to the team, as I have previously worked as an Operations Assistant at Good Roots Events, a company that organizes and hosts sustainable and eco-friendly events.
