Report directly to Founder/CEO. Oversee sales funnel to ensure proper follow-up. Communicate with prospective and current clients, book trainings, upsell trainings, coordinate logistics with internal staff, responsible for database organization. Create, implement, and streamline all foundational, internal processes for start-up company.

Managed overall operations of the theater. Reported to Artistic and Managing Director, assisted in annual budget preparation; adhered to approved budget by tracking monthly revenue and expenditures.Supervised ticket sales operations and helped manage the front-of-house volunteers. Maintained master schedule of rehearsals, performances, and other events, coordinated equipment and facility rental to outside parties. Achieved marketing and sales operational objectives. Managed the publicity and community relations objectives by assisting in the design and distribution of publications including patron newsletters and brochures and overseeing website.

Responsible for every aspect of event planning. Main duties included selecting venues, determining costs, arranging event services, and identifying the client’s requirements and expectations for each event. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
