CurrentAt NineSquared, I lead the cost-benefit analysis team which helps Government's and private companies assess potential projects or changes in policy. By truly understanding the root cause of problems, clearly articulating potential opportunities and bringing a wealth of economic fundaments, we have successfully helped dozens of decision makers make more informed choices.My focus is in cost benefit analysis and infrastructure prioritisation, with experience in developing prioritisation frameworks across a variety of government departments. We have undertaken cost benefit analyses for a variety of public and private clients relating to transport infrastructure, health infrastructure, technology, sports infrastructure, regulation and the arts amongst other sectors.My primary responsibilities at NineSquared include:✅ Economic analyses of infrastructure projects and changes in policy.✅ Cost-benefit analysis across a range of sectors✅ Economic impact assessments of public and private infrastructure including impacts on employment.✅ Business case development.✅ Prioritisation of infrastructure both within sectors (e.g. rail infrastructure projects) and across sectors.
