Commencing with the BAWM Group in 2013 as a Solutions Architect I was responsible for providing support and information across the initial 3 RTO’s that soon grew to 8 RTO’s and 2 Higher Education companies that formed the Vocation Group. My role was pivotal in assisting the company to navigate the jurisdiction of each state and territory and document the contracts held by each company. With the inclusion of Endeavour College to the Vocation Group I was targeted to take on the Role of General Manager of Online Programs. This role encompassed the amalgamation of over 9 Learning Management Systems (LMS) and 3 Student Management Systems (SMS) into a Moodle and single SMS strategy while growing a new VET FEE-HELP contract.

Further, I have been responsible for shaping the organisation’s direction, mission and values. My role with SkillsPlus was a truly rewarding experience with growing turnover and managing twelve federal and state government contracts. The organisation consisted of 130 staff, located across 7 branches in the southern metropolitan region of Melbourne.
