I am a graduate student in Landscape Architecture at The University of Texas at Austin (2024). I earned my Bachelor's Degree is in Biology in 2009, and between my degrees, have gained over 10 years of experience as a residential and commercial real estate agent in New Orleans and with utility and energy regulation with the Louisiana Public Service Commission - giving me much experience in regulatory compliance, real estate negotiation, and contract management. I am honored to have been awarded the competitive University of Texas at Austin University Graduate Continuing Fellowship for 2023-24, recognizing my commitment to my field and my desire to create real impact as a professional. I add this academic honor to the professional honors of having been named as a New Orleans City Business: Person to Watch in Real Estate 2019 & the recipient of the New Orleans City Business 2019 Rising Star in Real Estate Award. I proudly served as Firm Liaison/Co-Chair for the UT Chapter of the Student American Society of Landscape Architects (2022-23) and am a current member of the National Student Council for the Black Landscape Architects Network. I still hold active licenses in Louisiana as a Horticulturist with the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and as a Real Estate Sales Person with the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
