Student Enabler
CurrentAs a Student Enabler I am responsible for the following -To deliver person-centered care to service users in the houses/college as detailed in individual Care Plans. To work to National Occupational Standards to ensure the delivery of a high quality service. To work as part of a Care Team. To be aware at all times of the health, safety and welfare of the service user, other members of staff and visitors. We will always promote service users rights to be cared for in a way they choose and to deliver and monitor care services in the following areas -Social care and relationships, daily living, communicating, physical health & personal care, administering medication as directed, meals and nutrition, mobilizing, resting and comfort and the environment.Complete care plans and other records/reports as required. Help to deliver a quality service. Relate to and interact with service users and people in a manner that promotes self esteem and a positive self image. Assist in maintaining health and safe practices in the houses/college. Participate in training and attend meetings. Undertake other duties that may be required in the line with this level of post.We respect and value others in all that they do.
