As the Director of Clinical Training at Tate Behavioral, I collaborate with a team of behavior consultants and analysts who provide evidence-based interventions and support for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. I have a master's degree in applied behavior analysis and I am a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst with 10+ years of experience in the field.My mission is to use my expertise and skills in behavior analysis, child development, and clinical practice to improve the quality of life and outcomes of the individuals and families we serve. I am passionate about creating and delivering effective training programs that enhance the professional development and competency of our staff and partners.
