Enterprise-Wide Data Lake – Created the first data lake for the healthcare system that ingests data from 3 Electronic Medical Record Systems and 5 Insurance Companies' claim data. Designed using multiple instances of SQL server and mySQL, in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Data visualization presented to Senior Management in Tableau, Data Studio, and D3.js.Created various secure APIs for regulated, sensitive data transfer and consumption of data using technologies such as OAuth, PGP, VPNs, and RESTFUL Protocols. Medicaid Cosign Process – Created an automated process to ensure provider compliance with Medicaid provider cosign rules. This process has recovered over 1 million dollars per year in Medicaid reimbursements by ensuring that providers cosign admission orders.Bar Code Medication Monitoring Dashboard - Led the development of a dashboard used by the nursing staff to reduce Bar Code errors during the administration of medications. Developed in C#, DataStudio, and used mySQL in our HIPAA-compliant Google Cloud.Secure Texting Medical Staff Alert Applications - Worked with the vendor to negotiate the development of a custom API for real-time, HIPAA-compliant text alerts. Developed C# code to consume the API. Collaborated with IT Security and Networking teams to set up a secure VPN tunnel and ensure best practices in information security.Executive Financial Dashboard: Created using MySQL, SQL Server, Tableau, C#. Provided a daily financial snapshot of the healthcare system’s finances to C-Suite, improving decision-making through enhanced visibility of income, expenses, and resource utilization.Covid-19 Patient Risk Dashboard: Created using Tableau, SQL Server, ClosedLoop-AI model, Python. Enabled the Population Health team to target and monitor the top 50 most at-risk patients for early Covid-19 symptoms.

Solution Architecture: Developed and implemented standard architectures, patterns, and frameworks within a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). Collaborated with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Project Management: Facilitated communication with stakeholders to define project charters. Led the development of client-server insurance and actuarial utilities using C#.NET and SQLServer.

Performed gap analysis to identify system functionality at least partially non-compliant with business requirements and corporate standards. As a member of the development team, wrote various modules of the Financial Planning Document system in C#.Net.
