*The Bridge Restoration Ministry-Napa is a Christ-centered, men's 1-year residential rehabilitation for those suffering from addiction and other l sin life-dominating.*Perform potential resident interviews and intake*Conduct random drug screens for all prohibited substances*Attend daily devotional time with residents and conducting Bible studies*Manage work program by scheduling all work, providing training, managing logistics, and inventory of all tools and equipment. *Ensure all vehicle's are properly maintained and scheduled for service*Perform resident evaluation while encouraging them to continue in the program*Direct supervision of all residents on job sites, church functions, and community projects*Maintain all resident records in a computer database for the courts, probation/parole, and law enforcement.*Biblically counsel and guide residents througout the program*Equip all residents for re-entry into society and encourage to serve in church as called by Christ
