Civil engineering projects are highly visible complex beasts of many moving parts with significant inherent risks of time, dollars, quality and safety.Each project involves numerous people, plans, machinery and stakeholders all of which have to be managed under the added challenges of mother nature.After 15+ character building years working in the civil engineering business learning and watching the way things were traditionally done I figured there has to be a better way.That’s why I decided to create my own firm, Lake and Land built on a No Fuss – No BS – No Surprises – Just get the job done philosophy.That in no way translates into taking shortcuts or compromising safety but rather a practical and pragmatic approach that is in the best interests of all parties; the client, local authorities, the local community and everyone working on the job.It’s not rocket science but that’s what’s at the heart of every Lake and Land project and why we always deliver outstanding results.
