Venture Industries entered bankruptcy and emerged as Cadence Innovation. Led all aspects of 2 concurrent major projects from “cradle to grave” for Chrysler KA (Nitro) and JK (Wrangler) load floors.

Completed senior thesis while working at Venture on new sandwich structure process called Sandwiform. Provided engineering support for multiple development projects for carbon fiber SMC and new reinforced pultrusion technology. Worked on multiple engineering projects for truck door assemblies, T-bird hard top roof, full one piece Jeep roof, SMC/RIM bonding development for Cadillac, and Chrysler / Toyota load floors using the Sandwiform technology.
