Assisting alongside the head of PDP and academy physical performance coaches from U13-21, academy to professional age groups.Assisting with nutrition, recovery, testing, strength & conditioning, rehabilitations.Assisted and on occasions led training day preparations and warm-ups and recovery sessions.Assisted and on occasion led player rehabilitations, both gym- and pitch-based.Assisted with player testing and functional movement screening.GPS data collection and analysis (total distance, high-speed running, sprint distance, accelerations, and decelerations).Gained experience in using Catapult, Polar heart rate, Brower gates, force plates etc.Working as part of an MDT across YDP and PDP age groups.
