Head Of Sales
Current• Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals• Assists in the development of the sales plan. Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the Global VP of Sales, CFO, and upper management team, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.• Land and expand business within the region: build process and CRM funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion of accounts and territory• Advocate on behalf of the customers with Product Management, R&D, and the Leadership team• Be responsible for ongoing project planning, critical paths, budget and Technical Customer Support & post analysis• Negotiating contract terms and deliverables• Implement the sales strategy and manage budget for the region• Be accountable for contributing to the overall profitability of the division• Develop and manage tradeshow/marketing calendar with all key events, campaigns, offers and partnership activities across channels• Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals• Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Technical Customer Support, Program, Product and Marketing Management• Establish and develop tactics that drive the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives• Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
