Current• Ensures high editorial standards for Aquifer's health professions curriculum through expertise in editing, project management, and technology.• Oversees creation, publication, maintenance of educational content, collaborating with curriculum specialists and subject matter experts. • Oversaw a critical initiative to identify and bridge gaps in departmental standard operating procedures, enhancing organizational knowledge base, while also streamlining the documentation, an effort that resulted in improved clarity and reduced operational redundancies. • Provides guidance on style, pedagogy, content types, and authoring/editing tools. • Supports staff, sets goals, ensures resources/workflows, guides on style/pedagogy. • Manages new content development by supporting authors, overseeing writing/editing/multimedia development, collaborates on mapping.• Orchestrated deployment of AI tools to modernize and elevate business processes• Oversees development and maintenance of assessments.• Upholds style guide and Aquifer's pedagogical approach and consistency across curriculum. • Oversees continuous course improvement, via quality control, engaging stakeholders, and goal-setting.• Manages the Curriculum Committee, providing project updates and leading working groups.
