As the Vice President of Planning and Development at R.D. Olson Development, I oversee the entire development process of high-end hotel and resort projects in challenging markets. I have more than 18 years of experience in this role, delivering exceptional results in risk management, financial analysis, contract negotiation, cost control, public relations, entitlements, and construction management. I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Architecture with a specialization in Real Estate Development from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I leverage my education and expertise to create innovative and profitable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our investors, partners, and communities.I am proud to have contributed to the success of award-winning hospitality projects such as Lido House, an Autograph Resort; Paséa Hotel & Spa, a Meritage Resort; and Calistoga Ranch, an Auberge Resort, among others. I am also proud to have influenced award-winning residential projects, both large and intimate, such as Bryant Square, an eclectic condominium complex; Devon House, a highly unique custom home; and 420, a forty-story upscale apartment complex, among others.
