(See below) Two decades establishing and managing GSIB compliance policy functions; Communicating complex technical topics in clear, simple language ("the TRANSLATION OF ENGLISH TO ENGLISH"); Program Management: The establishment and LEADERSHIP of effective multi-functional and multi-level working groups; Coordinating projects and programs across MULTI-FACETED, GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS ("the herding of cats"); Development and delivery of TRAININGFor nearly two decades, I have managed, organized, communicated, and frequently written corporate policies for two very different, but highly significant financial institutions – each classified as a Global Systemically Important Bank (“GSIB”). In both cases, I successfully led enterprise-wide programs that established policy governance on a global scale, while drafting or guiding the drafting and approval of key policy documents. Currently writing a series of articles on policy making and management for Thomson Reuters. The articles appear in Thomson Reuters Regulatory Intelligence.
