Significant focus was placed on inventory control, expense minimization, and profit maximization and employee retention.I guided the planning and execution of a Lean Six Sigma project that improved take rate by 7%, earning an Orange Belt for exceeding project objectives by 16% while leading our sales team to aggressively pursue its sales targets increase annual revenue from $19M in 2011 to $22M in 2017 (won the 2012 Best of Class award for producing the highest revenue growth).An additional claim to fame was earning the Customer Experience Owner award in 2014 and 2017 for increasing customer satisfaction scores by 3%.
