• Design and build Low voltage system projects from Pre-con. through Construction. • Direct and manage sub-contractors and labor force individuals to complete projects.• Supervise, train, and mentor the team through goal setting, performance monitoring, employee review meetings, and scheduling of formal training.• Manage and balance budgets for year and quarterly goals from project to division level.

Ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed in accordance with the contract documents and customer expectations.• Plan and justify manpower, staffing requirements, tools, and other appropriate investments for effective and timely execution of work• Provide technical and operational support for the sales teams with pricing and scope-of-work definition for project opportunities• Maintain relationships between Operations and Sales teams so project details, changes, and plan discrepancies can be managed to minimize cost and delays throughout the estimating, bidding and operations phases of each project

Manages, oversees and coordinates all aspects for all types of projects including the largest and most complex projects from award through completion of project, including: overall site management of project(s) for successful and timely completion within budget as required by the contract. Handles multiple projects simultaneously. Prepares project installation plan, manages the plan and prepares and implements job procedures.

• Responsible for project development, planning, estimating, and scheduling for high-voltage and substation related jobs • Supervisor of Union field-crews local 77 and 146 as well as assets and mobility • Manage risk and business development using growth strategies on stateside projects• Assists in reading and drafting electrical one-line drawings for oversea projects• Provide technical assistance for our customers in the energy sector

• Manage and oversee the service department and 8 field technicians• Schedule and coordinate with contractors and customers; assist with design and project development• Train technicians, customer service coordinators, and dispatchers• Design Security, CCTV, and Access control systems for cliental• Assist in field when needed

• Lead multiple projects from beginning to end with crew sizes 2-4• Pre-wire and trimmed fire & security systems in commercial, new construction, residential, and retro• Installed cameras, access controls, fire systems and other low voltage systems • Job-site leader responsible for coordination with the fire marshal
