Researching alongside Dr Anna Waterhouse and the Medical Devices team at the University of Sydney's Heart Research Institute to fabricate a novel polyurethane microfluidic chip. This work was sponsored by the HRI's Summer Scholar Programme (2020).

Collaborated with the Soft Actuator and Optogenetics teams at the Auckland Bioengineering Institute, within the University of Auckland. The project focused on fabricating a silicone waveguide to guide light from a LED to the human vagus nerve with high flexibility and little light attenuation to outside tissues
