  Tony David has more than 22 years of progressive construction management experience, including retail commercial, governmental and residential in NYC and vicinity. He has been managing projects primarily for the build and renovation of office space for several Federal agencies, including the IRS, TSA and the US State Department. He is familiar with LEED green construction technology and has a thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials and practices. Tony has provided Independent Government Estimate (IGE), for new construction as well as change orders for existing construction acting as the negotiating officer on behalf of the Government when dealing with the owners (Lessors) and the general contractor (GC). He also has experience implementing US Army COE Activity Hazard Analysis (AHA) program.He is a dedicated professional with extensive “hands-on” experience as central liaison with owners; ensuring all client interests are managed and maintained. Tony brings his proven skills in leadership and motivation, contract writing and negotiations, estimating, budget control, scheduling and prioritizing work.
