Solely responsible for UX architecture of Invisibly's complex, multi-ecosystem solution. My work provided clarity of concept, strategy and holistic product thinking for our enterprise publisher, brand and human platforms. In 2019 I created an efficient UX research program to define product and experience requirements in our industry-creating company. As Lead UX, I mentored a team of designers in Argentina.

Honeycode. Responsible for solving complex desktop and mobile design challenges for an AWS startup. I created a design for no-code layout of mobile apps based on manually managed spreadsheet data.Launched 2020.

Consulting startup promoting innovation in the Higher Ed online communications space. I worked with the Cohl Group--on demand--for select university communications projects, especially as they include interactive communication and branding efforts.

Demand side executive product manager for world's 2nd largest online ad network. Identified and led collaboration and business process automation initiatives. Envisioned, created and implemented solutions for global sales and engineering groups working around the clock. Managed team of 5 (incl. contractors) for design and implementation of full custom SharePoint vision, including K2 Blackpearl process automation.

After Paymap was acquired by Western Union, I led targeted Web product and UX projects for WesternUnion.com.SEO Training from Bruce Clay (2008)

Responsible for complete product design overhaul of Paymap's core web application. I led a team of 3 with matrixed support, responsible for Web, voice interface design and other aspects of the UX for Western Union's line of electronic payment products. We worked from concept, research and prototype through implementation.

Responsible for vision, experience, content, communications strategy, service design, technology and security for the Cornell Web Space. Wrote proposal for the position and office. Served as Principal Web Architect for Cornell Web Space, Chief Advocate for university’s web authors/developers and Supervisor of Cornell’s primary website (www.cornell.edu). Led product team of 3 and design/development shop of 15.

Founded group. Was Production & Design Manager as well as Creative Director; provided strategic digital services to the university. Hired, trained and developed a diverse and talented 10-12 member technical team. Managed IT, operations, design and production, programming, budgets, reporting and sales.

First company to provide travel reservations via the Internet (now Getthere.com). Performed in similar to Lead Designer role. In addition to design, I was deeply involved in product development and production. Developed specialized, high profile corporate travel sites. I led the interface differentiation effort for ITN web products: when differentiate, they became Airline, Business Travel (with admin management), White Glove Agency and Consumer Direct. Renovated ITN’s proprietary scripting language.
