ELT is a one-year programme (think startup accelerator, but for SMEs instead) for the founders, owners, and successors of our more promising enterprises in Singapore. To-date, we've had more than 400 companies participate and have built a strong business community of 600 leaders. My team leads this programme at Enterprise Singapore, where we help our companies strengthen their business capabilities (leadership, business strategy, human capital, financial management, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and internationalisation) and develop concrete business plans/strategies to supercharge their growth.

Energy Carta is a non-profit organization. We aim to bring together students, academics, entrepreneurs, and industrial players to facilitate interaction between the different parties in the energy and sustainable development industry.Key Highlights:- Project Director for Changing the Game, a gamified role-playing workshop that communicates the strengths and use cases of sustainable energy, seeking to provide youths with a deeper insight into the energy industry.- Organizing events for the annual NUS Student Life Festival, collaboration projects with other organizations such as National Youth Envirolympics Carnival 2018, ASEAN Youth Environment Forum 2018 and Hemisphere Foundation's annual Global Youth Summit since October 2017.- Championing environmental sustainability through spearheading provoking workshops, camps and projects for both students and the public, with up to 150 participants.

- Assisted in the management of the Systems business units accounts which includes media planning, performance marketing (content syndication and paid search channels), and collaborating with clients, publishers, and global teams, with weekly reporting calls. - Assisted in managing the Corporate Awareness business unit and oversaw from start-to-end a content partnership with The Economist, achieved through close collaboration with global teams, global clients and publishers and final deliverables of a microsite, banners, mobile app and five content articles.- Assisted in the development of 2 new business pitches.- Extracted and analyzed data from Datorama, Tableau, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Ads to deliver 20 weekly pacing and analytics report.- Oversaw the financial reconsolidation and invoicing for the whole team, helping to identify potential bottlenecks and improved the efficiency of the payable workflow process for up to $2 million worth of invoices.

- Gathered user feedback and analyzed internal leads to synthesize key insights about pre-existing marketing strategies pertaining to projects such as internal training courses and a new IT product roll-out.- Initiated and revamped existing marketing tactics through different channels to design more effective and visually appealing creatives to increase employee engagement and company-wide brand positioning.

- Developed the experiential marketing event activations for client events in various channels such as motorshows, product launches, mall opening ceremony, soft launches.- Created four appealing and impactful decks through collaboration with designers and presented to an aviation client.- Oversaw the setting up of the International Media Centre for the Trump-Kim Summit.- Analyzed and consolidated market research about the latest technology, creative, digital and consumer brand trends and consolidated it into monthly reports.

- Assisted with on-site meetings for client projects such as boutique clothing stores and cafes.- Acquired working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD to create basic renders and blueprints.
