Solid 25+ years of professional experience in building, leading and supporting international environmental campaigns are the vital foundation for my keen interest to use this extensive knowledge for capacity building and empowering teams and individuals in campaign organisations with Learning & Development expertise and facilitation. I am a certified trainer for adult education, who can bring in a distinctive asset into learning offerings: I am able to skill up people as a practitioner, with using storytelling from my very own career experiences as Campaigner, Team Lead, Project Lead and Facilitator. My various training topics are for people who need to lead, facilitate and live transformative processes for (remote) teams - no matter in which role. I also love facilitating collaborative & transformative processes for NGO groups, especially if they involve approaches like Design thinking, System Thinking, the Campaign Accelerator or Liberating Structures.I am happy to be contributing my expertise to the Organisational Development Team at FOUR PAWS International, an organisation dedicated to revealing inappropriate conditions for animals, rescuing animals under direct human influence, and protecting them by providing them species-appropriate homes. As Global L&D Expert, I am responsible for curating and delivering learning interventions and Community of Practices for staff across the global FOUR PAWS network - to support the organisational development process and successful campaign work.
