I am the Senior Director overseeing Membership Initiatives and Chapters at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), playing a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our vibrant community of in-house counsel. With 11 years of dedicated experience at ACC, I have witnessed the organization's remarkable growth from 31,000 members across 76 countries to its current stature of 46,000 members spanning 114 countries.My passion lies in member engagement, and I lead a dedicated team that collaborates with over 1,000 volunteer leaders worldwide. Our mission is to provide these leaders with training and strategic guidance to support 60 chapters. These chapters, in turn, organize more than 1,500 programs in their local communities per year and serve as the primary point of contact for in-house counsel seeking connections within ACC.In addition to my role, I serve as the co-editor of "Corporate Counsel Now," an AI-powered weekly newsletter, and oversee ACC's paid social media lead generation campaigns.My extensive background in event organization and communications, including my roles as a Conference Officer at European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST)/European Science Foundation (ESF) in Brussels (Belgium), as Project Manager of Events at Wise Media in Milan (Italy), and as Assistant to the Head of Department Security and Inspection Technology at the Fraunhofer Institute IPK in Berlin (Germany), adds valuable expertise to my contributions to ACC's initiatives.
