Managed a group of internal IT consultants that provide critical support to the drug teams to enable the flow of information through the submission and onto marketing. We also enable knowledge sharing by dispersing the major lessons learned between the drug teams.

I consulted to Pfizer to set up an internal consulting team to enable Pfizer to move from its paper submissions to electronic submissions to the health authorities. My role was to enable global drug teams to meet their target submissions goals with the appropriate use of technology. As part of this role, I worked on setting up the new team and then mentored all new team members.During this time I was also asked to join the Information Management Integration Team to assist with the merger. My role was to help in the collection and comparison of all systems in the newly merged company.
