Technical Coordination Of Projects In Latin America

I was part of the team of Health Care Without Harm in Latin America for more than 7 years, collaborating with projects beyond the region. I collaborated in the development of the Global Green and Healthy Hospitals Network, assisting its members to implement the objectives of the Global Agenda for Green and Healthy Hospitals, focusing on waste, chemicals, energy, sustainable procurement, and climate change. I was responsible for the implementation of the joint project with UNDP on sustainable procurement for Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Costa Rica, the K-CEP coalition funded project on energy efficiency and sustainable refrigeration in Argentina, and also a SAICM project for substitution of hazardous chemicals or chemicals of concern. I developed tools, organized regional conferences and workshops, coordinated the work of consultants, and worked in teams with colleagues in Latin America and the global team.Coordinación técnica de proyectos para América Latina. - Formé parte del equipo de Salud sin Daño en América Latina por más de 7 años, colaborando a su vez con proyectos que exceden a la región. Colaboré en el desarrollo de la Red Global de Hospitales Verdes y Saludables, en la asistencia a sus miembros para implementar los objetivos de la Agenda Global para Hospitales Verdes y Saludables, con foco en residuos, sustancias químicas, energía, compras sostenibles y cambio climático. Fui responsable de la implementación de proyecto conjunto con PNUD en compras sostenibles para Argentina, Chile, Colombia y Costa Rica, del proyecto financiado por la coalición K-CEP en eficiencia energética y refrigeración sostenible en Argentina y también de un proyecto SAICM para sustitución de sustancias químicas peligrosas o preocupantes. Desarrollé herramientas, organicé conferencias y talleres regionales, coordiné el trabajo de consultores y trabajé en equipo con colegas en América Latina y del equipo global.
