Established in 2009, Bodia Nature is a Cambodia company dedicated to relaxation products made in Cambodia. Combining the skills of an experienced team made of an engineer, a designer and a finance director the company has developed products along 5 main axis: Bath, Massage, Delicatessen, Lifestyle & Aromatherapy following the streamline: products shall be 100% natural and using Cambodian resources as much as possible.Bodia naturally established close relationships with local artisans, farmers & NGO to promote Cambodian know-hows combining it with high end quality supervision and marketing identity.In 2015, Bodia Nature employs 60 people dedicated to production and distribution of 240 products sold in 5 dedicated stores, more than 50 reselling spots and one commercial website.Co-founder & General manager.As co-founder experience came along at the same rythm than Bodia Nature successes. Starting from scratches I’ve had the chance to go through all development phases regarding products, selling points, marketing & indentity strategy, production & sales operations:- R&D and design: Defined products, recipes, design, supplier sourcing, production process… in 2015: 240 products references processed through our factory.- Production facility set up: Design of a 550sqm production facilities based on technical requirements in Phnom Penh. Since Nov 2012, 20 employees in production. Set up of management and supervision team for production, stocks and supply activities. Implementation of security training such as first aid training, firefighting, pest prevention.- Commercial management: Construction of sales team, strategies and selling infrastructures. 6 stores in Cambodia, over 50 selling partners, export to China, USA, Europe, 1 online shop : www.bodia-nature.com with logistics base in France.- HR & Admin management: Team building and recruitment. Staff selection and training. Job description and profiling. Incentive strategy implementation and follow up.

Established in 1998, Geolink Group is one of Cambodian leading logistics company. Mostly involved in transportation, custom clearance and distribution, it opened it's circle of expertise by launching one of the first Cambodian pharmacy chain: UCare pharmacy and one of the best Spa of Asia : Bodia Spa.As Geolink Transport project manager my scope of work was focusing of all transport and storage activities.- Management : 30 company drivers – 100 labor operators. Daily activity monitoring. Customers reporting. - Monitor & improve transport activity performances: established and implemented analysis tools and reporting formats to establish relevant KPI. Defined and implement individual Incentive evaluation system.Cost analysis and expenses reduction policy definition and implementation.- Business partner tracking: Renewal & negotiation of suppliers agreements (Diesel, spare parts dealers, lubricant…). Main customers’ commercial agreement renewal on yearly basis.- Infrastructure construction project: Monitored the design, bidding and construction of: o a garage place for vehicles maintenance o 3000sqm warehouse.

• Specification of LCD display panels. Specification and characterization of LCD panel in collaboration with suppliers. Technical discussions and adjustments of the product to fit the requirements.• Specification and characterization of display backlights. Specification and characterization of display backlight technologies mainly based on LEDs and CCFL. Help to the backlight design and technical discussions with the light sources suppliers.• Assessment of optical issues on industrialized products. Assessment and technical support to the R&D teams in charge of the industrialization of automotive equipment using optical sources. Evaluation and resolution of the issues considering the financial, technical and industrial aspect.

During 10 months I've travelled around Australia starting from Canberra where I use to practice diverse jobs to save money and purchase a traveling van. My partner's and I ambition was to drive all around the country and stop by several spots to work and refill our budget according to our expenses and wishes. Various experiences enriched that almost a year long trip such as:- Carpenter at Canberra's Alliance Française- Delivery boy at Brindabella books- Picking fruit labor in a farm nearby Swan Hill in Victoria- Steward for Ronin Films production team at Kalkarindji festival.- Canoe shed employee at Nitmiluk national parcThis trip led us to drive all around the East half of Australia and was both a very rich natural and human experience that allowed us in various middles such as aborigenes communities, huge farms or busy artistic exhibitions in the capital where I could adapt to each environment and people.

• Specification and characterization of optical components. Specification and characterization of front surface mirrors, rear projection screens and optical engines.• Definition and application of optical prototypes. Construction and evaluation of the performances of optical engines prototypes designed by SAGEM COMMUNICATION.• Definition of test method and assembling processes of the product. Application in factory. Definition of the test benches used in factory for the TV set assembling processes. Mirror and screens functional tests, optical parameters measurements, alignment process.• Technical management of suppliers relationships (Strong experience with Asian suppliers : more than 10 trips worldwide a year). Led with optical components supplier (mirrors, screens, optical engine) to fit the technical specifications, test method and assembling processes (mainly in Asia).• Assessment of damages in optics, mechanics and electronics. Assessments of defects appearing on optical components, electronic components, thermal behavior, and mechanical parts. Led the relationships with suppliers to apply modifications or products return.

• Specification and characterization of diffusion screen for rear projector. Studied the state of the art in rear projection TV screens. Engaged supplier relationships for technical exchange and product specification.• Definition of optical measurements. Defined some test method to be implemented on the fabrication lines of the factory for optical parameters evaluation (luminosity, contrast, uniformity…).• Technical management of suppliers’ relationships (Europe and USA). Led the screens suppliers relationships for technical specification and test method definition.
