- Oversee the day to day operation of the Glacier Adventure tour on the Athabasca Glacier, Jasper National Park Canada- Recruit, hire, schedule and manage a team of 50 Driver/Guides.- Implement, update and deliver training processes, following provincial regulations for trainees to obtain a class 2 with airbrake endorsement driver's license, as well as driving unique Ice Explorer busses.- Implement SOPs and SWPs for the department and oversee their compliance with a high focus on health and safety.- Coordinate with dispatchers to organise operating days following seat and fleet utilization goals.- Coordinate and establish work priorities and goals with the mechanic team to ensure various vehicle's availability for tours.- Manage a $1.5M+ labour and expense budget maintaining LTR and OPEX goals.

- Recruit, hire, train, schedule and manage a 20+ member team in various aspects of the Banff Gondola's guest experience.- Develop and implement seasonal themed experiences promoting return visitation following set budget guidelines favouring revenue maximisation in off-peak season.- Oversee the day to day operation of the Upper Terminal of the Banff Gondola, ensuring the best experience possible for guests while maximizing value.- Manage a $750k labour and expense budget maintaining LTR and OPEX goals.

-Recruit, hire, train, schedule and manage a 15-member team for the Glacier Skywalk experience.- Develop and implement the guest experience for the newest attraction in Jasper National Park in 50 years.- Develop and implement SOPs and SWPs and ensuring their compliance.- Manage a $400k labour and expense budget maintaining LTR and OPEX goals.

- Manage a team of up to 12 people- Edit/monitor payroll, budgeting, office supplies, scheduling, and other back end duties- Sell/upgrade guest`s tickets and passes to ensure the access to the mountain is flawless- Handle and support frontline staff on guests` inquiries and complaints - Promote Whistler Blackcomb and the Resort Municipality of Whistler

- Report to the Director of Guest Experience- Manage a team of up to 10 people- Produce and deliver a training program on the environment of the Canadian Rockies- Edit a weekly schedule for the team- Evaluate guides for end of season performance assessments

- Manage a team between three and eight people- Edit/monitor payroll, budgeting, office supplies, scheduling, and other back end duties- Scan/check guest passes to ensure access to the mountain is permitted- Sell lift passes for the mountain - Promote the mountain and its diverse products
